Buy metronidazole 0.75 gel after 5 mg and 10 for 7 days, then again after 2 and 4 weeks for the treatment period of 3 months. The frequency symptoms observed remained constant at about 2/100 mg and 1/100 mg, respectively, the changes were not different from those of placebo. No serious adverse events were attributed by the participants after treatments and studies yielded similar results in both groups (RCTs). The observed change in P2Y12 value between the 6 and 72 h after the two doses was not statistically different from the corresponding change observed with placebo. A reduction in the total daily dose of metronidazole required from 3 to 8 g/day in 12 subjects after 2 and 4 weeks of treatment with placebo, respectively. At the end of study, decrease in the total daily dose of metronidazole from 80 to 72 mg/day was statistically significant. One study showed no difference between metronidazole and placebo in the effectiveness of treatment. two placebo controlled studies of metronidazole gel, no differences between the effects of gel (0.1 g/day) (Tzourio-Mazoyer et al. 1997) and of standard therapy (4 g/day) (Couvreau et al. 2003) could be observed. In another study, the therapeutic effect of metronidazole and antibiotics in patients with acute rhinosinusitis of the conjunctiva was evaluated by using the P2Y12 test with maximum detection limit of 5 and 1,000 units, respectively. Results of the study showed that antibiotics were ineffective in the treatment at 7 days (P = 0.0875), but metronidazole gel (1 g/day) could improve the clinical picture after 3 months (P< 0.02, P2Y12=0.01). In one study, patients with severe rhinosinusitis were treated 200 mg/kg metronidazole and oral antibiotics for 12 or 48 h. The patient groups were similar for the duration of study due to similar initial symptomatology, but after 12 h metronidazole and antibiotics were not further effective. In another study, patients with severe rhinosinusitis were treated 10 mg metronidazole gel and oral antibiotics for 8 to 36 h. The patient population consisted mainly of those with chronic symptoms rhinosinusitis as well those who were taking other systemic corticosteroids that were not affected by systemic corticosteroids to control the signs and symptoms of rhinosinusitis. In one placebo-controlled trial, four doses of metronidazole gel were used for 7 days and three doses of metronidazole gel were used for 12 h in a total of 22 consecutive patients. No significant differences were observed in pain scores. Metronidazole gel can be used as a preventive measure for patients with severe, persistent rhinosinusitis when they are treated with systemic steroid treatment after other treatments for persistent rhinosinusitis. Adnexal Endoscopic Treatment (AET) Aet involves the insertion of a polyp to remove the infection via surgery. In this study, 3.6 x 1011 metronidazole pills were administered after an overnight sleep to five patients with chronic rhinosinusitis. The duration of treatment (9.8 days-3.2 weeks) was considerably longer than treatment with metronidazole gel (6.8-3.2 weeks) and was used as an endpoint because this results in a significantly more rapid decrease of P2Y12 value (13.8 +/- 0.
